Thank you for scheduling your vehicle repairs at ARX Supercenter. My name is Jose Ubinas, I am the manager at ARX Supercenter. We are sorry that you have been in an accident, but rest assured, we are going to get you back on the road as quickly and hassle free as possible.

The process:
1. Once you arrive at the facility you will pull up to the clear garage doors, they will automatically open.
2. Pull into the facility. Once inside you will be greeted by our damage appraiser.
3. You will sign all of the authorization forms with our customer service representative (CSR). We will then introduce you to an Enterprise Rental (ERAC) agent to receive your rental car.
4. You drive away in your rental.

THINGS YOU CAN EXPECT

Here are a few extra things to expect when you arrive: 

  • Make sure to bring your drivers license and vehicle registration.
  • We have Enterprise rental on site. You will need a driver’s license and also a debit or credit card. Enterprise requires a $50.00 security deposit (CANNOT be cash). The deposit will be refunded to you when you return the rental. If you have any questions regarding the rental or if you need a specific type of vehicle.   • Please make sure we have the most updated phone number and email address for you. Also, your preference on receiving calls or text messages.
  • Your Geico adjuster will contact you before the end of the day to discuss the damages to your vehicle. This will allow you to go over any additional things at that time.
  • You will see our CSR and damage appraiser photographing and marking the damages to your vehicle. This is standard procedure to make sure that you are given the highest level of service.

ARX Supercenter program maximizes convenience. You will receive priority treatment, including a service experience that is second to none.

Step 1: Drop

Our Representative will meet with you at the repair facility to:

  • Evaluate your vehicle’s damage.
  • Explain the repair process and answer your questions.
  • Arrange for you to leave your vehicle for repairs with an option to go home in a rental vehicle.

Step 2: Repair

As your car is being repaired, your Shop Representative will:

  • Facilitate the repair process directly with the shop to ensure speed and quality.
  • Keep you informed of your car’s repair status.
  • Perform a pre-delivery review of the completed repairs before you pick up your car.

Step 3: Pick Up

When your car is fully repaired, you will:

  • Return to the repair facility in your rental car.
  • Receive copies of all repair documents, including your damage estimate.
  • Leave with the reassurance that GEICO and the repair facility guarantee the repairs for as long as you own your vehicle.
